Who Can Apply?
Educational and experience requirements to teach english at any level vary from country to country. It very much depends on where you would like to teach.
The following is a list of requirements by location:
South Korea
Requirements:
- Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited University- (any subject)
- Must have a valid passport (with more than 1 year validity left)
- Official sealed transcripts
- No criminal record
- Must be able to pass a drug test within three months of arriving in Korea
- Native English speaker.
China
Requirements:
- Must have a University degree or diploma or TEFL/TESOL certificates.
- Must have a valid passport (with more than 1 year validity left)
- Native English speaker.
Japan
Requirements:
- Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited University- (any subject)
- Must have a valid passport (with more than 1 year validity left)
- Native English speaker.
- Experience preferred.
Middle East
UAE - Abu Dhabi, Dubai and others Emirates
Requirements:
- Must have a BA/ Bsc/ MA/Msc and TESL qualification ie CELTA,TESOL, DELTA, ICELT etc
- Experience preferred.
Latin America
Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport (with more than 1 year validity left)
- TEFL or University Degree preferred but not essential.
Europe
Italy, Spain, France, Belgium....
Requirement:
- Must have a university degree, diploma or TEFL/TESOL certificates.
